André Gérard – Musician & Songwriter

Born in Berlin and raised in Heilbronn, Germany, André Gérard discovered his passion for music at an early age. At the age of ten, he began taking piano lessons. By sixteen, he had expanded his musical education to include harmony, improvisation, singing, and guitar. 

​

At eighteen, André made his first live appearances as a rhythm guitarist with a Beat & Blues band. This marked the beginning of a long and diverse musical journey. Over the following years, he performed with numerous bands in a wide variety of musical styles, working as a pianist, organist, flutist, guitarist, and singer. During this period, he was also involved in several record productions as well as radio and television appearances.

In 1984, André embarked on a successful career as a one-man band, performing live for more than 26 years with vocals and a variety of electronic keyboards and instruments. In 2001, he recorded and released a CD featuring 22 classic oldies.

After many years surrounded by electronic instruments, André decided to return to the musical roots that had inspired him in the beginning. Since 2012, he has performed exclusively as a singer accompanied by acoustic guitar, focusing on a more personal and authentic sound.

Since 2026, André Gérard has dedicated himself entirely to songwriting and music production, creating his own original compositions exclusively in the Country genre. His songs combine personal storytelling, emotion, melody, and the unmistakable atmosphere of Country music.

To complement his original songs, André also creates music videos with the help of artificial intelligence. These visual productions bring the stories and emotions of his songs to life, often featuring André himself as the central character in settings and scenes that reflect the spirit of each song.

 

Today, André Gérard continues his musical journey as an independent Country songwriter, musician, and singer. After decades of musical experience, he combines his passion for songwriting with modern creative technology and a love for authentic Country music.

 

For the past two years, André has been living in Hungary with his family, where he continues to dedicate his time to creating new songs and developing his own musical and visual projects.
